Format

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, and can be used on lessons, experiences, rental or purchases on any of our stocked items.  

Simply contact us on 07-3137 0500 or via email to redeem or make a booking. 

If the required amount is not listed, simply select '$10' and choose the quantity needed to reach the desired total. For example, if you need a $80 voucher, select '$10' then 'Quantity': 8, to reach a total of $80.

Note vouchers do not have a refund policy but they are valid for 3 years, fully transferable, and can also be used against any stocked items.

Stock & Shipping costs

If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back order automatically and dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available again. If an item is no longer available, our customer service team will contact you.

If the actual shipping cost differs from the amount charged, an automatic credit or invoice will be issued.
