1. Refunds Policy

Please note Shopify charges a 2% Transaction fee on all transactions, including refunds and return of goods. Such fee is charged by Shopify and is non-refundable. Their policy can be viewed at the Shopify Payment Terms of Service.  

 

2. Returns Policy

Please note all refunds/return requests, Shopify charges a 2% Transaction fee and such fee is non-refundable even on immediate cancellation of orders. Details of such can be viewed at the Shopify Payment Terms of Service.  

Under the Australia Consumer Law, if the goods you have bought is not as described or faulty, we will provide a replacement, refund, repair or other type of ‘remedy’, unless if the item was a discounted or end of season clearance sale. The type of remedy available depends on the problem. Please contact us within 7 days should you have any concerns of the item(s) you purchased.

This return or refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Reedin Austraia will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Original receipt must accompany all refund requests.

There is no return or refund policy for items purchased that does not suit your needs. However the management may offer a store credit less 25% administration fee. The decision is at the manager's discretion. 

Warranty only applies to new items purchased at retail price and does not apply to special 'sale', 'discounted', 'used' or items sold as 'consignment sale' from other customers. Damages occurring from crashes or jumps are also NOT covered by warranty. 

Warranty Claims Procedure

3. Privacy policy

Reedin Australia regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Reedin Australia users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information

In order to use the Reedin Australia website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email.

Any information collected by Reedin Australia is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from Reedin Australia customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

4. Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all products sold, directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online reservation service provided on these pages and through the website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by Reedin Australia  and its contracting agents ("Reedin Australia", "us", "we" or "our") and are provided for your personal use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Any liability for any loss, death, injury or damage which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection in using any of our products is excluded;
  • You release us and our officers, employees, agents and representatives from any liability and expressly waive any claims you may have against us arising out of or in connection; and
  • Any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied by law into these conditions (Implied Warranty), is excluded.

To the extent an Implied Warranty cannot be excluded, our liability in respect of the Implied Warranty is limited to (in our absolute discretion): (i) the provision of a similar activity to an equivalent value; or (ii) a refund of the total amount received by us from you in connection with your order. 

Any claim by you is excluded to the extent that it is for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or economic loss, however it arises, or for indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages.

Can I see my order details?

You should have received an order confirmation after check out. If you lost the email or never received it, please email us at sales@reedin.com.au to get another copy. 

Can I track my order?

You should have received a dispatch conformation email with tracking details. If you lost the email or never received it, please email us at sales@reedin.com.au to get another copy. 

Can I change my order once placed?

Normally once an order is placed, it is dispatched from your nearest dealer or warehouse. Please email sales@reedin.com.au for your enquiry. If order has not been dispatched, we can normally amend your order at a 15% admin fee.
