Rental & Lessons - SUP

As we enter the winter months, the weather may not allow us to run sessions every day. However, there will still be good weather days we can get you out to have fun. 

If you would like to make a booking, simply purchase a voucher above and contact us by email (info@surfconnect.com) or by phone (07-3137 0500) to reserve a date that suits you. If the weather is not suitable on your chosen date, we will contact you the day before, so you can choose another date to try again.

Vouchers are fully refundable (less 2% Shopify's fee), if session cannot be run at your booked in date due to weather. 

Rental & Lessons are available 7 days a week when it is high tide early mornings at Sandgate, when wind is less than 5kts.

Dogs are welcome at no additional costs provided total weight with paddler is under 100kg, but buoyancy vests only available for humans. 

Pricing: 

RENTAL:

One hour: $75 per board, paddle and buoyancy vest.

Two hours: $100 per board, paddle and buoyancy vest.

Three hours: $125 per board, paddle and buoyancy vest.

Deposit and driving licence required at sign in.  

Public Holidays attract 15% surcharge.

LESSONS:

1 hour 1 Person: $250 

1 hour 2 Person:  $350 

2 hours 1 Person: $350 

2 hours 2 Person: $450)

Booking terms and conditions:

1. All bookings are to be made by 5pm the day before, unless you have been advised otherwise.
2. Changes of date/times allowed provided a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. No shows will void payment/voucher. 
3. Amendments under 24 hours due to medical reasons is allowed provided a valid Doctor's note is supplied, and a rebooking fee of $50 is paid. 
4. We strongly advise you take out your own insurance cover, as we do not accept any liabilities for any injuries or property loss or damage. Most home insurance policies may already include such cover, or allow you to add on as additional cover. If required, we can also recommend insurance company. 
5. Registration and indemnity form must be completed prior to activity. Booking confirmation will not be issued unless registration form is received.
6. Safety apparel must be worn at all times during activity.
7. Participants weight limit for paddleboarding: 100kg maximum.
